Samsung P-207 and Motorola V635 availability
Phonescoop shows only the Samsung P-207 coming to Cingular and not the Motorola V635, though there is rumor that they could pick up the V635 as well.
Both of these phones show market availability around the same time...late March into early April. Check out the specs on them.
Two nice looking and feature packed models at that. Does anyone have more info as to when we might see them coming at Cingular, at least the Samsung model or both?

This is interesting... there is a Motorola contest going on in some markets (but not mine) in which one of the prizes is a v635. The contest is open to Cingular employees. This would seem to indicate that the phone will be carried by Cingular. If not, then I hope that the winners would receive an unlocked handset. A Tmo-locked handset in the hands of a Cingular employee would be crappy, to say the least.
On the other hand, I understand that there are quite a few Blue reps who won the s710a through SE's "Train & Gain" program. They received Cingular branded S710a's that their sim will not work in. They are getting the runaround when they ask about unlock codes...
