AT&T/Tracfone Number Recycling

I have a quick question that someone might be able to answer.

How long is a phone number unavailable for if it is an AT&T number that was used by Tracfone and is recycled. How long of a period of time will it be unavailable? When you call the number it has the standard message "The number you dialed is not a working number" which usually means it has been recycled and is available for use again. In the system it shows that it was used by Tracfone, but it does not allow it to be activated now. Is there a period of a week or month or something before the number can be available?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Once a number is cancelled, it sits for 59 days to allow the previous customer to reactivate. On day 60 it goes back in the "pool" to reissue. Mondays is the best day to catch numbers, but they are loaded every day of the week back into the billing system.

Should be the same as Tracfone uses att numbers, at least here in Texas.
