cant download any internet content
I have a v551 and recently i cant download any internet content which is mostly mp3 ring tones an 3pg movies. Even if i go to the media mall an try to download cingular exclusive stuff i get a error message saying the stuff is incompatiable for my phone which is bogus because i use to be able to download almost anything. Is this a real problem or im i just paranoid? 😢

it's an issue that creeps up every now and again. It's a problem with the shopping site. Try to download from a PC to see if you get the same issue. If so, please call CS so we can file an IT ticket on the Shopping system.
