Hey Guys,

Quick question. I have an ATT phone that is just over a year old. The display is black, but the phone still works. I didn't get the insurance because it was just a cheap Nokia. I know it's past the warranty, and I'm not ready for upgrade because i'm a $9.99 add a line. What options do I have to get my phone replaced? Any help would be appreciated. 🙂

$50 to $75 over the 2 year discounted price before rebate.

Still beats buying a phone at the no commit price. Grab the insurance this round.

Or purchase a prepaid phone and put your postpaid sim card in the device and get bonus minutes by doing that.

Yes you will. Look it up in the system. Its a new replacement option since May. 150 minutes applied to rollover within 48 hours. It used to be a code applied within 10 business days but its been streamlined. You can find that in the upgrade decision flow. 🙂
