technically the V800 is a vodaphone branded phone and the z800 is not, they are functionally the same kinda, the z800 firmware unlocks some things that the v800/v802se cant do, such as play mp3's that dont have drm, if you want this phone, either wait for the z800i or get the v800/802se flashed w/ z800 firmware
