ToS?
Jackie or any store rep. Is there a quick way to have this done? I had a customer who had the paper work submitted twice since december the account was noted by ToS that the transfer was complete but it was still in his son in laws name. He called in furious I got him calmed down and did some digging but still found no way around faxing the flipping dept.
Any ideas?!?

i'm still here...for a brief period though...
as far as an easier way to do the ToS, faxing is the most direct way to get it done...unless you send them to a corporate owned store...

I had a similar problem on Wednesday 03/23/2005. I had a customer call in asking why the TOS still had not been taken over...well i went through the notes to see that the TOS had been sent in but it was never noted that anyone got the information. So I checked out Optical Web (don't know if you work in a call center but this is where the archives for contracts exist...not all of them but a good majority of them).
To make a long story even shorter it had been in there as completed since April 2004 đ˛ . I went to a manager to inform them of what I had found and changed the name on the account since it showed completed. Hope this helps đ
