Question regarding contracts

I had at&t around 1 year ago and I still have my Nokia 6650 fold. Can I go to a local store with this phone and activate service WITHOUT signing a two year agreement, as in, can I get a month to month contract?

I think you can set it up on one of the GoPhone plans. $60 unlimited is nice...

yes you can, but you are still subject to a credit check, with previously owned equpt from the provider you can get month to month service.

It's possible. Depends on the store. We have the capability. I'd make you sign a 12 month though.
