only Seven days testing and I'm quiting Cingular

I went to Cingular and in seven days have found that they have no customer service. They are all about getting the contract and that's it.

I attempted to find out why my bill has an adding error in their favor by using their web site. FAQs did not help, I tried to e-mail them. The web site has a circular menu system that never took me to a place to e-mail. It always took me to a log-in despite I was logged in (maybe 5 times-how dumb can I get).

I finally contacted a human (not on a menu - press zero to talk to someone). The human was less use than a rock. Not empowered to look into anything, not knowledgeable (blamed everything on IT or "the system must be being updated") and did not care. She refused to enter the co...

shut the hell up and stay with verizon we do not need bitchy people like you with this company .maybe we already knew it was a known issue with the website ..and did not require another ticket

I find it hard to believe that this has been your experience. I just started my service on 3/8/2005 and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Cingular. Their signal far exceeds that of Verizon (at least in my area). And I have had absolutely NO problem getting people on the phone when I needed assistance with something.

As far as the online, web based issues, please realize that you have a brand new account. It will take time for their website to fully reflect all of the information for your account. I have been with them for almost 1 full month, and it just started being accurate a couple days ago.

Yes, the moon....I was informed of this by muchdrama in another thread. They recently had a major network upgrade and expanded their coverage area.

Hey, by the way, I sent you a text message. What the heck time do my n/w minutes start with Cingy??? Some people are telling me 9, some are saying 8, and some are saying 7. Why can't I get a straight answer???? 😕

It varies from market to market... Mine is 9 pm to 6 am... but I would double check locally with a reputable store... And if they can't help we have Shay when she comes back. 😁

Well i do appoligize on the trouble you had.

Id like to know what kind of adding error you are refereing to. Maybe it can be expained.
