Right now the phone that would fit you best would be the motorola V400. It has both a speakerphone and probably the nicest camera that we currently offer (you can adjust brightness and zoom).

then I would say the nokia 3200. The picture quality isn't as good as the moto (moto has 65,000 colors and nokia only has 4,096) but it has both a speakerphone and integrated camera. Nokia is supposed to be coming out with the 6230 soon and I think that this phone will have 65,000 colors and bluetooth, which is an awesome new technology.

I have the 3200 and I must say that I could not be happier with it. I too love the bar form factor over the flip. Everything about this phone is working perfectly... In addition to the features you were looking for the 3200 has an FM radio which has come in quite handy at work and at the health club.
The 6230 is going to be amazing!!!! ... But if you need something now then go with the 3200.
