👿 Is Illinois the only call center where the past three months have been closed for control time? Do you have a gaggle of vacation days, floating holidays, designated holidays, ewp's etc but can't use them because FMC or whatever these demons are called in your particular region close the rest of the month after the 1st? There are a lot of pissed off reps in my call center that are accruing occurrences because of this. How about you or are we the only suckers? 👿 👿
