att customer do not qualify for unlock phones codes, they(cingular) is honouring the policy att has , which don't unlock phones AT ALL!!!

Cingy policy is not to unlock ATT phones. Since there isn't anyone who's really an "AWE Tech" anymore, you'd have to take it to your local shady dealer and try to bribe them to unlock it.

Thats funny, i just had a customer, who was not given an unlock code from att, so tried it from a website, and she screwed up the code she thought she knew, and its permantly locked to att, now she says she is gonna sue, since its our fault by not giving the code in the first place 🤣 🤣 😈 😈

First of all, yes he is, but secondly it's still funny. The notion of suing over them purchasing a subsidized and locked phone (when they could've purchased it at full price directly from the manufacturer and received an unlocked one) is funny. No one forced them to buy anything, however frivolous lawsuits do seem to be successful lately...
