I like actual answers... Not vague technicalities.

I know that a large corporation like Cingular has rules & regulations. They dont just pick crap out of their asses & say whatever comes to mind.

Is there a location I can view this info?

THIS, from the guy that swore up and down that Eric Lin and Rich Brome were feeding us "fake" or "doctored" images of the new Motorola music phone. Very X-files of you, Mmcnier.

It should be, but I will not guarantee it. You MIGHT lose any promo credits or minutes in the reversal, I don't know for certain. I DO know that, if you were under contract, you'll go back under that contract.

Well, that plan really only includes 750 minutes, with 300 bonus add'l. so there is a chance he won't get those 300 minutes back. Same with the 7 pm N&W start times.

It's kinda amazing that some people expect the people who work for a company to know each and every intricate rules/policies of that particular company..No one will know everything..Some things are learned through experience (some good, some bad)..if I had been him though, I would have had it annotated on my account if that was possible that if I didn't like Cingular I would be coming back, expecting everything to be like it was before I left..but on the other hand, if everything was great, why did he need to switch at this particular time anyway..

Exactly... I just want to know what will happen IF i want to go back. So far i dont have any major complaints. Only little itsy bitsy complaints(like paying for incoming SMS... ATTWS was free), but that will be expected with ANY carrier.

I am on the Migration Errors Team in OS Call Center.

If you migrate from ATT to Cingular and decide to go back you can, HOWEVER, there are problems associated with it.

1. You will be charged full price for the new Cingular phone untill we recieve it back, at which time you will be credited for it.

2. Once you go back to ATT, you WILL NOT be able to migrate back to Cingular again until we fix an issue that prevents mobile numbers from migrating back after they were once Cingular. unless you are willing to get a new number.

3. When your contract with ATT runs out you will have to migrate to Cingular or find another carrier. You will not be able to sign a new contract with ATT.

The Migration errors team is disbanding after th...
