Service Question

How is Cingular service in the NYC/Westchester area? I have Verizon which is good but the phones suck. Thinking of switching to Cingular but am hearing many complaints about carrier service and customer service. Any advice?

Give it a try for the 30-day return period. Make sure you go thru a store, so you have a physical location to return the equipment to...
