I know that the news about consumer ratings has been released, but you need to keep one thing in mind... EVERY ARTICLE MENTIONS THE COMBINATION OF CINGY & ATTWS!!!!

Everyone knows that ATTWS was a dying company anyway & of course Cingy has to clean up the mess. It is to be expected that Cingular is at the top of the pile o crap. ATTWS is gone & things can only get better from here... hopefully.

i posted it becuase it has to deal with cingular and att wireless. i agree, hopefuly that cingular can overcome att wireless' problem or else they will have a lot of difficulty picking up subscribers.

i dont understand why you guys dont like information whether its negative or positive just take it how it is.

well, since we're over 50 million subs, I don't think we're having THAT many problems...

well 21 million was becuase of att wireless. so just cingular they would be struggling. by the way, there are many complaints, so that means there are a lot of problems. att wireless was struggling too.

you guys are having problems, but i think you guys can pull it out if you have a smooth integration of networks and a better billing system. (seems like those were the main reasons of the complaints)

It is interesting how they forget that 21 million are from att and they really didn't have a choice who they could go with until the contrats r up

yea. they were probably stuck so those 21 million additional clients couldnt go anywhere without paying the ETF, which i doubt they would do.
