It finally happened!
I've been taking calls in this center for over a year and a half. I just had my first call where a woman reported her phone lost, having just flushed it down the toilet! According to her, it is now "somewhere in the pipelines under Los Angeles."

One of my friends took a call from a guy who's dog ate, and passed his phone. He wanted another phone for FREE stating that it wasn't his fault, it was animal caused. My friend (and later the sup) explained it wasn't T-Mobile's fault, either. Also, the cust actually qualified to get a discounted price on a new phone with a mail in rebate so in the end it would be free, but he didn't want to pay anything for the phone up-front.
