I'm surprised I'm not the one who started this thread.

Supposedly most of us have
3.6, but yet we're lucky to get have of 3.6!

Anybody want to throw any #'s out there as to how much AT&T would have to spend in the next 12-18 months to get the network where it oughta be? How bout I guess $30 billion, just a guess.
