Blue to Orange Migrated

I asked this awhile back in another post, but I never really got an answer so I figured i'd ask again. Anybody here know how many blue customers, or what percentage of blue customers have migrated to orange since the merger? This is not including altogether new activations.

That may be kinda difficult to answer, since Cingular tends to concentrate more on new activations more than migrations, but maybe someone out there can help.

I had read somewhere (I think in the CSP), that 1.2 million AT&T customers had migrated by the end of the 4th quarter of 2004. As for a new update, I have not seen one. If I were to guess the amount of people for first quarter 2005, I would say around another 1.5 million.

I think the biggest drawback to migrating is people who have the old charter plan, tons of bonus minutes, free incoming text messages, and free nights at 7pm on certain plans.

From what I understand is that some of those promotions are about to expire. Don't quote me on this.

Well when they do expire then it'll be interesting to watch, to say the least. I wonder if we'll still be able to boast 50 mil...
