Weird Telepos stuffases
Ok, had a blue customer call wanting to migrate to orange and add a line on the 3/27. She got the phones and called me back because the migrated number wouldnt activate. Called care, said they needed the sim/imei number, give the customer a call back conference them in with care (market 42 by the way) The care rep added the imei and sim #, activated the line, care rep dropped off the line customer had some more questions, one of them wanting to confirm the billing address. Put her phone # back in telepos 1, some how some way the number got moved to a different customers account. Still had the correct user information at the mobile level, but under a totally different account. Called care back to get the number moved back to the right account...

But what error are they getting?

cant remember what error they were getting, trying to get ahold of somebody on the help desk, their att account is allready cancelled, and the new cingy phone sim still doesnt register.

Depending on the error the rep that you were speaking to would have to call the help desk. I can't tell you much without knowing that error.
