Can a customer put minutes on a prepaid phone in a store?
We dont have much access to those account we can do basic things like puk codes on sundays, but customers call in all day wanting to put minutes on the phones, is there a way they can do it at a store on a sunday?

Yes, or course we can add them in the store. we make commission off them (albeit not very much) 👿

Thanks Jinx. Its very frustrating to have to tell them "sorry your SOL because its Sunday" what is that? Grrrrr I hate being closed today. 👿

Blue or orange store? I know in the orange stores all it takes is a text message on the GSM prepaid or a phone call on the TDMA.

Any store. Lol. These customers just need minutes and we can't do it. I hate it too. The only thing I can do for a prepaid customer is get a flippin PUK code. At least get them an after hours help line. 🙄
