Question on activating a phone from ebay??
Hey i had a phone in mind i was probably going to buy off eBay, if i bought the Nokia 6085 phone and brought it to AT&T when my contract is up. Will they be able to give me a mint new version of the phone? Sorry if it sounds stupid but i was just wondering about it.

No that phone is discontinued. It was a Free phone when renewing your contract although depending on your rate plan you would still have to pay the $18 upgrade fee on the first bill after you resign.

Sorry now that I re-read your question I think I get it. The answer is maybe depending on whats available when your contract is up.
Although I think you may be under the misconception that it matters what model or brand you have at the time your contract runs up it does not.
