a customer has to be in good standing eligible for the Standard Upgrade Program if he or she meets one or more of the following
The customer is out of contract (regardless of length of service)
The customer is within one month of contract expiration

The customer has completed 21 or more months of service since the last handset discount
The customer has completed 12 or more months of service since the last handset discount AND has ARPU of $75 or more over the last three months hope this helps
