Register your account for online account manager at Cingular.com, then log in to your account, go to "My minutes" option on left side, then go to bottom and click on "view details", then it brings up two tabs, one says voice, one says media, click on media and it has your sms and internet usage đ đ đ

I check mine on the web. There is a summary box on the "my account" section that details all of your usage.
