T-Mobile Calls?
What, like people who thought they were calling T-Mobile? That's odd. One would think most people would know that when the opening of the call DOESN'T mention T-Mobile.
The closest I get to that is a high number of misdirects for the Orange side of Cingular, since I'm in a Blue-only department.

Yeah we have had T-Mo calls all day for two days. Its odd..I even had one that had an account with us since 2002, the account was written off for non-pay since 2004 and he was calling because his phones were not working...but he was a T-Mo customer.

We have Suncom customers calling because their phones displays cingular on screen 😕

If their phones says Cingular, and they dial 611, they go to us, even thought they're T-Mobile customers, 611 takes you to cust. service of whoever's tower your on.

ahhh, my bad, where im at we're having a ton of ghost calls lately, making everyones stats look horrible!
