I want to unlock my iPhone and switch to TMobile
I was with TMobile for years and loved their service. When I got the iPhone, I switched to AT&T but haven't been happy with the service due to a bunch of dropped calls.
Now I learn that my bill would be cut in half for the same thing if I switch.
Unlimited calling, unlimited internet, and unlimited texting for two phones.
I think AT&T is a good company, but saving money is important nowadays.
I haven't checked but I don't think the ETF is that bad.
Thanks for your opinions and imput!

Well you wouldn't be able to use the 3g data.Tmobile uses 1700 and 2100 (I think) and att uses the 850 & 1900

You also cannot unlock the iPhone. AT&T reps are unable to unlock the phone. "They" say that there is no code for the iPhone and that it cannot be unlocked.

iPhones can be unlocked but u must first jailbreak them which can either be extremely easy or extremely hard depending which iphone u have and when u bought it.

blackra1n.com for jailbreak program.
3.1.3? Your SOL for jailbreak/unlock for now (until they decide to release something new)
No clue on unlock, as I only care to Jailbreak since I don't mind AT&T.

I was very careful not to upgrade to 3.1.3 so it's not something I've messed with. I'll take your word for it tho 🙂

unlocking your iphone is not part of the Steve Jobs approved experience. if you want to do something steve jobs does not want, you obviously don't know what you want, or what is best. You should acccept att as steve has accepted them or go with an "inferior" phone for your "inferior" carrier.
