i know. i mean it is not my fault that all the information i post hurts their company that they work at. then they say excuses. they say sprint and nextel are bad, and i back it up then they bash me, harrass me, and insult me.

i just dont get it.

What you should get is that when you rip on people's "livelyhood" (Meaning the company that supports their families) people tend to get pissed. As for bashing on you if you came across less ignorant then i don't think that the majority of us on here would be so offended by you.

I just don't think people should take it so personally! Its not like because of what nextel says cingular is going to pay you less. Or provide less support for your family. I just think maybe he has a point and someone should try and do something about this. This is not something new! If cingular keeps this up they are not going to keep customers, and we are not going to keep our jobs. Good point. I mean I dont like Cingular either. In my opinion they have made MY working environment a lot worse and haven't paid me any better for it. But, like I said before, I think its different for Cingular Blue reps, especailly the ones at Convergys, because it makes it really hard to do anythign about anything, and the 2 companies together are horrible (the turnover rate here is ridiculously high - like 80% of people quit before 3 months). Nextell says incorrect things though, and spouts them off as facts not opinions. He is really, really annoying.

What we take personally is the personal attacks that he makes on us and our lives. If he kept the conversation professional and respected everyone's right to have their own opinion (even if it differs from his) we would not have an issue. But when the attacks become personal, that is when the problem starts.

You can't prove that your Nextel works as well as my Cingular in my area because you aren't here... And as for complaints and all that through the FCC I feel that a good amount of them came in before the merger and I find that unfair for Cingular to take the blame for things that were never done under our name.
