been getting customers calling in to exchange their bold, pure, tilt2 and even the impression for the moto backflip.

i think i might do a backflip myself trying to explain. i know our customers are smart & they aleady know about the 2strike policy (where you have the chance to switch to a diff phone, well, it still depends on what's available & what's comparable to their current device & the impression is NOT a smart phone) but please.

we don't even have the 9700 in full kit yet, let alone the backflip. 😉

yup. really. 🙂

we can only process a replacement of the 9700 if the customer has it as the original phone because we only have the seedstock (you know, w/o the accessories & removeable parts ) but if customers are simply requesting to make a switch, it's impossible. â˜šī¸
