need cust care help!!!!!

i need help from cust care trying to get something done.....i called the after hours help and the billing sysems are down so they cant help right nwoโ˜น๏ธ

What do you need to get done? They decided to change the entire interface over night, but you can still get into it.

Its ok. Did you call 1-866-801-3600?

Thats the after hours number and we can assist you with it. Are you in a Care or Telegence market?

they told me it was down and when it came back up they would be able to restore his service manually.....but it hasnt been restored....it was a migration

โ˜น๏ธ Im so sorry. I wish I could help more. If I had a way to gaurentee you got routed to our call center I would. I doubt that is possible cuz I havent found a way to do it yet.

His is down because he is locked out of it, not just because of the area its in. He tried to get in after the updates and his password had been locked.
