okay, so we know how much people enjoy starting flame/trolling wars on this forum...well, here's a logical solution...if you ignore the problem, it might go away...

so what if someone doesn't like cingular, or have a metric ton of "facts" to back up their position..facts (when dealing with the telecomunications market) are all relative, like it or not...just because some douchebag at consumer reports says cingular is worse that VZW doesn't make it so...it all boils down to the individual experience the customer has...

so what if CSR's and sales reps come on the forum to b1tch about customers and whatnot...such is life, and last time I checked, theres no laws prohibiting freedom of speech on the internet...
