Non-business single line was over $12,000... guy was tethering to his laptop and had pay per use internet...yummy!

i've had a couple of people with bills in the 2 and 3k range. because for some reason people think they can get on a 39.99 familytalk plan with someone and stay within 450 mins. for some people that plan works but not for most people

try 25k.... yup. lady sent her new 18 to school out of state on a old home plan. 1st problem went over minutes (.45 each). 2nd problem roaming (.79 each). 3d problem long distance (.45 each... yes is was a very old plan). so all total 1.69 per minute. 4th problem she joined a sorority and got a new boyfriend and talked almost 24hrs a day. approx 14,500 minutes. and presto! you have a VALID 25,000 bill. thats gotta hurt.... you can bet she escalated over that one... and got NUTHIN! 🙄

I know there was some posts a few months ago about tethering to the labtop and downloading the entire lord of the rings movie from it the bill was like32k the guy said and before the phone hit the floor the kid was being beat with customer service still on the phone that is one of my favorite posts

Best I've seen is just over $36,000.00 for a month. Cust on a Nationwide plan with NO ROAMING or LD as well as unlim NW and thought would have all those while stationed in IRAQ

my highest bill was for
$24 678 for calling internationally to Egypt. At 3.59 cents per minute, this guy used 17 000 dollars in long distance, and 6000 in extra airtime. This guy was doing 3 way calling to two different egypt numbers. Heck fraud called him nearly every day, and he kept on saying he was using the phone, and then on the last day of the cycle, fruad added on international dialing package, which dropped it to 35 cents or something...
Lets just say, I had to tell the guy whose bill was normally 100 dollars that he owes 25K and there is nothing we can do, and no rez would even take the call ( they all refused.. even my TL)
when my call ended, he sounded like he was going to kill himself, I was surprised not to hear abou...
