Escalations?

What happens when we end up escalating to an Area Manager?

I just did for the first time since I started at ATTWS....its a scary thought lol

Nothing much. They have the same protocols you do. If you were following procedures correctly, you'll be backed up, for the most part, up to the OOP dorks... 👿

Well, its not really somethng I did. He escalated before to a reps manager who said they were emailing their area manager to have her call him back. that was like 2 weeks ago and he didnt receive any calls. So my manager escalated it directly to her.

🙂 I feel bad for that Area Manager if ours has to contact her....she is a sweetheart if you do your job. If not, well lets just say nobody here screws up too often. AND she is pregnant now.

Hahahaha My manager hates ours. We try to prevent escalations and she ends up getting some insane escalations. Its funny.

Its always good to prevent them.. but when I get them im usually all hears.. tap on my mute button let them hollar a way. I had one lady cook and eat her whole dinner while she was yelling at me then she yelled at me for that.. In the end she was only eligible for 5 bucks..

One of my co-workers had someone escalate because he was reading from CSP about express mail. He says that it is our phone and we should KNOW how to do everything with the phone. If we don't we have no reason being in this business. Its not right for the rep to have been reading it from CSP 🙄

LMAO.. reminds me of a call I had last night. This guy has poor service in his area and I found few towers in his area. When he previously called in.. a rep said it was because he had a local plan not a national plan.. 😲

Hehe mine didnt say anything, it was another manager that did and that mangagers area manager never contacted the customer
