Ok need help with a phone!
Ok so you guys said there is a phone that is almost exactly like the razr but for a lesser price, what is it?

V551 is the SAME PHONE just without a MP3 player and it doesn't look as cool. NO OTHER DIFFERENCE REALLY. 😉

Built in speakerphone. He isnt eligible for an upgrade till November but I offered him exception (he has been with us since 1991) He is upset about the fact that migrating customers from ATTWS get the V551 for free with a 2yr contract. I told him price of V551 and he said forget it hung up and said in 2006 when his contract is up he is cancelling.

At least he was grossly misinformed too. Migrating customers don't get the 551 free. You can't please everybody.

Lol sorry. Just frustrates me, I understand his phone isnt working, and I offered him everything I can, and I honestly don't think thats a bad price for a V551 (even though I personally am not that fond of Moto) and he still got mad at me. 😢

Whiners really annoy me, so the second I hear someone start it automatically makes me stop caring. I can't help it, it just turns off. He'll either have his misinformation corrected at some point and feel mildly stupid for his unjustified tirade, or he'll remain ignorant and happy. Regardless, it would serve your mental health best if you forget about him quickly. 🙂

It's supposed to come in your welcome guide a few days later that should have your rateplan and your rebate forum. Of course i never see customer after they migrate so i'm not sure if that is true or not.

If I'm not mistaken, the v551 is EDGE-data capable, while the RAZR is just GPRS.
