bad customer service? i never complain about anything to cingular, never call about my bill, never want free phones blah blah blah.. only time i call is when i have a question on how something works.

example one
i called up to ask about the *646#
i have 3 lines of service on a shared plan and wanted to know if it shows the combo of mins used or if it shows how many that individual line used.

REP 2 says the exact opposite, says it a combo of all lines used.
i call again

REP 3 says the same thing, its a combo of mins and i can check online. so i check online with him on the phone and the onl...

It shows you the number of minutes available... Meaning that you are only using one set of minutes of a family plan so the remaining minutes would show for the "primary line" which is what the rest "feed off of" anyway.

if you are in a telegence market and have mobile to mobile on your account then dont worry about using it anyway cause it will include m2m in your dt and nw usage.

Telegence market... Okay does anyone in the Las Vegas Market knows how the minute checker works in your market... I know that it must be different in mine because ours states what is left minute wise for an account but it does not seem like that is what his is doing.

Yeah a billing system... There are quite a few that the company uses depending on whether you are blue or orange and also depending on where you are, and what system (meaning TDMA or GSM) you are on. I happen to be on a different system, and I think that might have something to do with it. ☹️

Yeah in all telegence markets the m2m is not subtracted from the *646# .. so i would just diregard the results for now untill the problem is fixed and use the Online account manager
