how do I...
I'm fairly new with orange systems, and in fact don't even have access to most of them. I can't read any account notes, I can't see the passwords anywhere, etc. I have only verrrrry basic systems.
that said, how do I tell if a customer's market is a CARE or telegence market? I'd really like to know so I can get them to the right customer care when necessary. even the few orange systems I do have, I barely got any training on.
Thankfully, I don't need much, as I just do XbM (although it is a pain that customers ask about things that are supposedly noted on their accounts, but I can't see those notes).

Please keep topics like this confined to the Shop Talk forum.
Thanks! 🙂

Actually, I believe he's posting in the proper forum. He's not posting anything that has to do with shopping or online stores.
He's asking a question that would pertain to Cingular customer care, and considering there's alot of Cingular customer care reps in this Cingular forum, this would be the best place for him to post. With all due respect, I think his post is in the correct forum. 😁

Also, just to let you know: a lot of reps cant get into any other forums at work except the Carrier forums, so thats where we have to post for help (and I guess, when we're bored). Just to let you know that that may be why the carrier forums are so popular.

sorry, Rich.
I didn't even know there was a Shop Talk forum. Now if only I could get in there... 🙂

If you have Calrify access, look at the account number. 8 digits is a CARE market, 9 digits is a Telegence market...
