Whats the deal with Cingular

That should make sense. If you can barely pay your bill for one line, why give you another that you will obviously not be able to pay for because if you could, you would not be having problems paying for the first line.
She did state that she'd always paid her phone bill on time with Cingular.
Would you want you provider jumping on you?
I'm not trying to start crap, just curious. I know that I treat ppl the way I want to be treated... 😉
take your trolling talk back to the verizon forum .She has to pay a deposit because she let her bills and credit go to shi* after she signed with us the first time .Also what would her deposit be with your company if its 300 with us ill gurantee its higher
CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW !
With regards to the initial post, I don't know the answer for certain, the likely answer is that the customer's credit situation changed between the time she started service initially and the time she decided to get her number back to her own account. it also makes sense to me that they are basing that de...

Say dude, no one was rude. She was rebutted. She came into the thread slinging mud. Fact is, if she was with VZ, T-Mo, or Nextel, they would have told her the same thing. There are some things on your credit that you need to str8n out. Sprint will give anybody service with no deposit. She should really consider checking them out or pay the deposit. Those are her only options.
Okay, first off the OP states that she had a line, no deposit required, for a year, did a change of responsibility to another account under a different SSN, then moved her line back to the original account a month later and was required to pay a deposit.

"...one day i let my boy friend talk me in to going on his family share so we called cingula and i let them switch me phone over to him."
Looked like a fairly straightforward move to another account, and then moving it back onto the original BAN a month later doesn't seem like it should warrant another credit check--does Cingular by policy do credit checks on resumed accounts? With TMo, even accounts that have a terrible payment history can still be resumed, no harm no foul, within the 90 days after cancel. Only bankruptcy or having a write off account will make a new credit check necessary... seems like there's a piece missing from the puzzle here!

i had my phone with them for over a year and I did not have to pay a deposit to get it, one day i let my boy friend talk me in to going on his family share so we called cingula and i let them switch me phone over to him. well one month later we broke up and we called to have my phone put back on my account and they told me i would have to pay a $300.00 deposit. why in the hell would i do that? i was never late when it was in my name anyway and it was only out of my name for one freaking month, Cingula SUCKS 👿
Perhaps it's your credit that SUCKS.
Not Cingulars fault. Cingular is not the bad guy here. Take responsibility for your credit. Its all yours. No one elses.
