First of all, let's clear 2 things, first of all the credit check is done whether the reps knows it or not, since when you go to add a line of service or just migrate from blue to orange the system runs a check on credit and 2 the reason that reps say different things, is cuz the same "knob" who calls in and asks the same question who grts told thew same answer does not belive it, so after a while the reps tell them something that "hopefully" gets that "knob" to stop calling back, s...
