I had to do a Master Reset on my phone, but sometime prior to that I had purchased a game through Cingular on my phone. Since the Master Reset, the game is gone.
I called Customer Care and the woman told me that I'd have to buy the game all over again. Is this true or is there anything else I can do to get it back again? Thanksin advance!

You can repurchase the game and then go back in under media net on the link for direct bill and dispute the charge for a defective phone. Normally with issues like that they will reimburse on your next bill.
