The day of sup calls
Today has been crazy! It seems like every customer wants to talk to a sup!

I work on a mega team from 10 pm est to 7am pst and just the luck of the draw. The day of sup calls is still here. Bright and early I had a cust scream at me for 30 mins about Cingular gophone and demanded sup call back so he can complain to her too..

Well if a 'Bwahaha' at the end of a sentace isn't enough to make it clear that the statement was intended to be over the top, I don't know what is.
Regardless, cingular had a bad reputation not due to the attidue of it's reps, but instead due to the sheer incompetence of its reps.
I spend the majority of my day fixing simple billing issues, while listening to my customers say "I've had to call in X times already, and you're the first person to actually fix my problem".

That is very true. Not only the reps but also the store clerks big time too
