Need rebate upstate NY, NOW

Hey i have a customer from upstate new york. I need the rebate form for a v551 purchased march 30th. i can only find the rebate form for the current period (april 5th to 23rd).
I'm in LA...customer is out of market

I need the actual form...not check the status. Can i get that there?

try the shopping section of cingular.com. Put the customer's zip in, and look for a rebate form...

i got it. I ended up getting it in CSP. Cingular.com only had the most current, not the one for last month. I changed my market in CSP and had to dig WAY back for the archives. Thanks all for responding. I really appreciate it.
