Could someone help me understand my bill? Anyone?

But anyways, here's the problem:
I'm on a Family Talk Plan which is 59.99 + 9.99 for the extra line.
On my bill, under Wireless Detail it shows a Monthly Service charge for each line...
For my girlfriend's number it shows 67.98 and for my number it shows 33.70.
I don't understand this, the totall comes out to 101.68, when my plan shiuld only be costing me like $70. (this is not mentioning other charges that make sense, im just focused on the basic service fee)
We haven't gone over our minutes, or anything for that matter. What are these Monthly Service Charges about?

Hey, thanks. I got it figured out though! 😁 I thought something didnt make sense but it does. I called Customer Care and they woman was very helpful and outgoing so its all clear now, but thanks anyways dude! 😁
