How do you remove an ESN # from the deny list??

I got the wife of a doctor on the phone demanding I get this phone she bought from comebody to work, but the ESN # is on the lost/stolen deny list... She is going on and on about how you cant be a doctor without a phone and I'm on hold with Tech????

you dont... I have heard all kinds of stories why the customer thinks that the esn should be removed from the deny list... the only way is thru tech...and you have to do a search on the esn in CBIS and have the original owner there as well before the change can take place (tech will ask that question and *may* ask to speak wi=th theperson if *they* desire
...
