i had a blonde woman come up awhile ago.... and ask
"are you US Cingular?"
"are you US Cingular?"

i had a guy call in and when i entered his phone number it wouldnt come up so i asked for it again when it still didnt come up i asked if this was his cellphone or his landline phone. (believe it or not people do give us their house number) anyway this must have really made him made because he yelled "I HATE YOU GUYS THATS WHY IM GOING TO CINGULAR!!" 🤣 🤣 🤣
