Can anyone tell me if there is a data outage in zip code 24501? I havent been able to get on the internet or send/receive mms messages for the past couple of days. Im on the phone with a rep now but shes had me on hold for over 5 minutes now while shes "speaking with the tech." I figured I could probably get a faster response here.
