Ugh Im gonna cry :(

I have a customer on the line that ordered a phone through, well im not sure what its through but I called the number and they don't answer it Cingular so im guessing its a middle man. They never gave him a tracking number, phone number, NOTHING! So I call the number he had and speak to a rep who tells me the phone was delivered to an Apt, but the guy lives in a house. So he transfers me to one of his care reps and he puts me on hold to find a tracking number and still we don't know where this guy's phone is. 😢 😢 😢 😢 😢 😢

And that folks is why you do not order through the Telesales, or on-line department!!

did you read that, Will? It wasn't thru Telesales, it probably was thru a Cyber Agent like Inphonic...

It wasnt telesales or an online order. It was an indirect phone dealer.

I know how you feel. Ihad a very similar situation happen to me witha customer, and he expected me to find out all about it with no info. They guy was an existing ATT customer, so it was a little easier. I am sorry. Id tell him to call the same number he got it from. They messed it up, so they should know what to do to fix it.

Yeah I called that number and they found out that he was approved everything went through fine but they never sent out a phone... 🙄

Yeah they promised to have it overnighted on monday so he has it by tuesday. I advised him that if he doesn't get the phone call that number and have them do what they did with me, transfer me to their care department because if you call the customer care number they give you it says it isnt between normal business hours and hangs up on you. FYI the normal business hours are 9am-9pm
