I've heard about a lot of upper level people leaving these days. Today's my sup's last day, one of the few dependable ones in the call center. Anyone else losing a supervisor, manager, or TL to better opportunities?

yeah been losing a lot here too. the best part is they hire from out-side the company so you get managers who take escalations and answer questions, and troublshoot who have NO FREAKING IDEA WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT! 🤣
