GoPhone Blues

😈 😈 😈 😈 😈 I have the GoPhone BLUES. I work legacy blue and deal w/ gophone for approx. 3-4 hrs a day. I can't take it. I hate them. We can xfer to gophone dept but when they are never open. Gophone wears me right out and I need a break after dealing with them it is so horrible. I don't really hate anything but these phones stress me. 😢 😢 😢 😢 😢

Yup go phones were horrible on the blue side. I hated taking those calls. I like that on the orange side we don't really handle prepaid if we are in the CSE dept.

Nope nobody I know has Cingular/ATTWS. Unless they work here. Those that I do know are in a different market so I won't get them since they are in a different billing system as well.

Now we take both CSE and orange Legacy calls here.

There are good things about both systems and things I wish we didnt have in both systems. I heard that telegence is a lot like the old axys but i never used axys so i dont know for sure

Well our call center is special. We have three cues going through per day there is divested - blue (att w/ areas not yet sold to Cing), Legacy Blue/orange (att) and cse (Cing-orange).
I use siebel never used axys

They have 2 queues but we take calls from both. Im not sure how that works but its ok we can usually handle all of them pretty easy. Still get those calls, just like with ATTWs, that we have NO idea what to do with them but it makes it harder that are Managers know as much if not less then we do

I deal with GO phone promotions..imagine trying to get a go phone customer to comprehend that it says on the flyer that they have to make a payment through our department to get the bonus minutes...they always make a payment at a store...and then they are angry because they can't get bonus minutes although it says directly on the flyer they must call this phone number. Or they don't have a checking or credit card and want us to take a cash payment via the phone. Little hard to squeeze money through those little holes...lol

I can just imagine I almost had an escalation because the Cing gophone is not like att at all so really I feel sorry for you too

😲 I had a GO-PHONE NOKIA 3595 before I got CINGULAR service, and had no problem with it...until those outrageous taxes started coming in. I miss my GO-PHONE. The only other problem is that AT&T's GSM coverage by the CHICAGO LakeFront was lacking...bigtime. What issues are you having?
