If your employer doesn't let you access that forum, then it's because they don't want you posting messages exactly like this on their dime. Obviously they monitor this site enough to selectively block parts of it, so I'm guessing that continuing to post messages like this in this forum will result in one of two things:
1. Disciplinary action against you.
2. Your employer blocking access to all forums, and possibly this whole site.
I wish there was something else I could do to give you guys a place to chat, but any action I might take would inevitably trigger a response from your IT guys, which would probably be #2 above. They have that power, and unfortunately there's...
