C'mon, it's motorola. They suck. They have the Razr and 551, but the rest of their stuff is crap. Get the Ericsson P910a or the Treo650, or the Siemens SX66. They do the same things, but don't seem to have the Moto issues. Besides, I know I would end up losing the screen half in the couch or something. 😳

Personally I have high hopes for the Moto A780 due to the fact it's running Linux OS... The prob with Moto isn't their innovation, ideas, or manufacturing... 90%+ of the problems w/ their phone is always programming... Either Software or Firmware.

Linux OS lacks these programming flaws Moto is famous for.

Moto's innovative designs and ideas are very, very appealing to me...it's the fact that they can't put out a bug free handset that drives me crazy. I DO, however, think it has something to do with manufacturing...something's going wrong there. During that process the firmware/software is not being implemented correctly. Just remember, that Linux OS has to have something Motorola running in eit...

They're like the microsoft of cell phones... LOL...

And what better OS to run on Motorola than one of the most stable and reliable OS's ever coded?

I won't expect the phone to hit the stability of a Nokia phone... But I definitely hold hopes that it will improve the quality of Moto phones overall... and maybe give your Moto phone a longer life than 3 months before it craps out.

Hey, if it edges the quality up to an even keel with the innovation...I'm sold.

http://www.mobiletracker.net/archives/2005/04/18/mot ... » man...this means no bug riddled, overhyped, Windows powered pieces of junk? Damn. I was so looking forward to making fun of folks that bought one.

The link that swamp_donkey posts also has some information about the Razrberry. If I could find a better link I would post it in the T-Mo forum.
