CUST CARE QUESTION.. OR ANYONE WHO KNOWS...

Hello Eveyone.. I have a question. Can you please tell me who deals with VIP upgrades? Customers are receiving letters in the mail for a free upgrade. So, what department does it? I'm in C&A, and I hear that customers are supposed to call an 800# that's on that letter.. But dealers are calling and saying there's no 800#. If there is an 800#, what is it?..Please help.. I'm confused...Thanks!

There should be an 800 number or a web address... Other than that they can go to a COR store and there is a VIP lookup that we can use (it's on CSP) and give the customer the 800 number.

Once you have confirmed that the customer is eligible for the contract renewal incentive advise the customer to contact:

866-565-1594 - Orange
800-377-0210 - Blue TDMA
800-313-4384 - Project Unwind
800-675-3417 - Blue TDMA OOC Test
800-313-6536 - Blue GSM
