what upgrade?

I sent an email into Cinguar yesterday about upgrading. I am a former ATTW user who is out of contract. So I figured I might qualify for some rebates since I have never been an official Cingular user. I stopped in a couple stores and called a couple online places and the answer was pretty much the same. If I wanted to get discounts on the phone I would have to change my number, or move off of Cingular for 6 months and then come back. I have had my eye on either the Razr or the S710a and I didn’t understand how Amazon or Buy could offer the same phones with so many rebates. whell the way it works is that you have to pay a small fee of 18 dollars in order to transferr service because it costs the company allot of money to actually switch you, it is a 2 yr contract extention to get good deals when it comes to upgrading, go online they have the best offers compaired to the stor or over the phone 🙂
