How come MSRP prices are not listed on the website? What if I just wanted to outright buy a new phone?

becasue they're trying to recruit you for a 2 year program. why list MSRP and even give the option for bypassing the 2 yr agreement? i wish they would list the outright prices too but from a business standpoint i can more than see why they don't.

No, you can be an current customer. you just have to be eligible for an upgrade (in the 21st month of your 24 month contract, or 11th month of a 12 month contract)

You will need to registed in the My Account section first. they you can process the upgrade at the online price (plus one time 18$ upgrade fee, billed to the next bill)
